ACMO specializes in the machining of Titanium, High resistant Duplex stainless steel or F16PH. Due to their mechanical properties, these materials are commonly used in racing boats.

STAINLESS STEEL

ACMO uses ‘austenitic’ stainless steel -18.12 MB (316L). This is a low carbon alloy and is non-magnetic. It offers good mechanical characteristics and excellent resistance to corrosion in all environments. Minimum maintenance is however necessary to remove any traces of dust and deposits (rust, etc ...) or scratches caused by the contact of unprotected steel tools.

TRACEABILITY

For ACMO, traceability is not a fashionable advertising slogan, but a reality for many years.

On series rigging since 1987, a detailed technical sheet accompanies each rig.

In 1995, with the evolution of the market, each N ° of plug corresponds the N ° of the coils of cable used and batches of the material for the manufacture of terminations.

Since October 1999, each cable set in our workshops is engraved on the part set: "ACMO and date of manufacture" for a better follow-up and your guaranteed.

Manufacturer all our products (except cable), month by month, in small and medium series, our research is fast and we limit the risks. The material is ordered at the right time, accompanied by its certificates of conformity allowing to go up to the number of casting of the producer of the steel or the wire for the cable.
